How we prove the part holds spec.
Quality is managed through documented procedures, in-process checks, and final verification. We provide the documentation procurement teams need to qualify the part.

Pillars
The quality system in five lines.
ISO 9001:2015 + ITAR
Quality management system maintained to ISO 9001:2015 and registered for ITAR-controlled programs.
Documented inspection
Zeiss Contura CMM, Faro portable arm, and Keyence optical comparator. In-process and final verification.
Documentation on request
First Article Inspection, Certificate of Conformance, material traceability, and PPAP for qualified production programs.
Process control
Closed-loop process control on production runs with SPC available for repeat-volume OEM programs.
What we do not claim
Northline does not currently hold AS9100, ISO 13485, NADCAP, or FDA registration. We support programs where ISO 9001:2015 + ITAR are sufficient.
