Northline Precision Works ("we", "us") respects the confidentiality of information shared by engineers and procurement teams evaluating us as a supplier. This page outlines, in plain language, how that information is handled.
Information we collect
When you submit an RFQ or contact form, we collect the information you provide: name, company, email, phone, project description, files, and any notes you add. We do not collect this information passively.
How we use it
Submitted information is used only to evaluate, quote, and discuss your project. We do not sell or share contact information with third parties. Files submitted through the RFQ form are reviewed confidentially by our engineering team and stored only as needed to support the project.
NDAs
If your project requires a non-disclosure agreement before detailed discussion, mark the NDA checkbox on the RFQ form or note it in your inquiry. We will route an NDA before continuing the technical review.
ITAR-controlled information
Northline is ITAR registered. Controlled technical data is handled per ITAR program requirements and applicable U.S. export law. Do not transmit ITAR-controlled data without prior coordination.
