FAQ

Engineering FAQs

The questions engineering and procurement teams ask most often before a first quote.

What file formats do you accept?

STEP, STP, IGES, DXF, SLDPRT, PDF, and ZIP. STEP is preferred for 3D; 2D drawings remain the controlling document for tolerances.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes — NDAs are routine. Indicate NDA on your RFQ submission.

Can you help with design changes to improve manufacturability?

Yes. We provide DFM feedback at quoting and can suggest minor design modifications, which the engineering team confirms before release.
